Dashboard Modules
After completing the onboarding checklist, you’ll gain access to the Acodei Dashboard. The interface includes a left-side navigation menu and additional settings available through the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Menu Overview
The modules in the left-hand navigation menu appear in the following order:

At the bottom of the menu, you’ll see your current subscription plan and the number of transactions used in your current billing cycle.

Use this page for direct navigation to commonly used features.
Account Mapping
Use this module to define how Stripe transactions are imported into QuickBooks. You can:

Create and manage transaction mapping rules
-
Configure your chart of accounts preferences
-
Access premium features such as enabling Multiple Product Mapping, Invoice Sync, Class Tracking, Stripe Tax, and mapping for other transaction types
Data Feed
This module displays all Stripe transactions synced into QuickBooks. Key features include:

Search by name or transaction ID
-
Apply date and status filters
-
Delete or resync individual transactions
Multiple Product Mapping (Visible if enabled)
Configure product-level mapping between Stripe and QuickBooks. This feature is ideal for businesses managing multiple products or services and needing more granular control over how those are represented in their accounting system.
Historical Pulls
Initiate historical data imports from Stripe into QuickBooks. Use the +Historical Data button on this page to start a bulk or custom backfill of past transactions.
Duplicate Checker
Identify and manage potential duplicate entries in your accounting data. This module helps ensure that your QuickBooks ledger remains clean and accurate.
